The room was fine and well-kept; the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had great facilities in the bathroom: a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. All the staff was really good, fixed my issues. Food was excellent and I have nothing but truly memorable memories from this trip.

The beach at this resort was absolutely stunning, with beautiful sandy shores and plenty of beach chairs and palapas for shade. It was never too crowded, and the water was crystal clear. The variety of food at the buffet was fantastic, with options for gluten-free and vegan diets. The service from the housekeeping staff was excellent, and they even made towel animals! The WiFi coverage was surprisingly good throughout the resort, even at the pool and beach areas.

The size of the resort was overwhelming, and it required a lot of walking or a regular use of golf carts to get around. The buffet could use more coffee machines to avoid long lines, and it would be nice to have poolside drink service.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was great! The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location to the beach area was perfect as we were able to enjoy the ocean views and spend quality time at the beach. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast options provided. In fact, we felt very well taken care of during our entire stay.

Amazing resort, fantastic staff, and great entertainment. The grounds were well-maintained with lots of wildlife to see! The location was perfect being right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The buffet had a good selection of food and the variety was perfect for our family. The staff made sure we had a good time, and the entertainment team was simply spectacular.

The resort was a bit overwhelming and could get noisy at times. The overall decor of the room needed a facelift and could have been made more comfortable and spacious.

The hotel had clean rooms and a beautiful beach with a large pool. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. The shopping center offers a variety of shops and a cozy café with the best coffee on the resort. The Club Beach area is a great spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. In the quiet area, you can unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the main resort. The rooms are comfortable and functional, with well-maintained bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options to start your day.

Some guests have mentioned that the evening entertainment falls short, with limited options and a lack of outdoor seating.

The location of the hotel was great, offering easy access to key attractions in the area. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches and taking part in water activities. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy environment to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

We were not given important information such as breakfast and dining hours, as well as which parts of the resort were restricted. This made it challenging for us to plan our activities and explore the resort properly.

The hotel was absolutely luxurious with exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beach access. The location advantages were remarkable, and the garden-area was beautiful. Moreover, the treatment room was spacious and had full body massage services, beauty treatment, facial, and spa lounge. The sun loungers were comfortable and in-room breakfast was a great addition to the special offers. The bar/ lounge area had an astonishing view overlooking the beachfront.

A minor issue was the limited entertainment facilities consisting of only a night club. However, there was no need for further entertainment facilities with such amazing beach access, restaurant experiences, and private facilities for guests.

We had an amazing time during our Christmas vacation! The resort had beautiful grounds with lush, tropical scenery. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was stunning. We loved how the resort was located close to the main attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, the staff were fantastic and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy and would frequently turn on and off, disrupting our sleep.
